I know this isn't a Guitar thread. But it is obviously important . Has anyone heard anything about our fellow builders in the affected areas . Its sad that these things happen and My heart goes out to all in those areas .

We're ok. It was three miles north of us but we made it out unscathed.

Very sorry to see the destruction. Glad you made it out safely. Anyone heard from John Mayes? I think he used to live in Moore, or maybe he still live there.

John's ok. The big tornado got really close, so he has some roof damage, broken windows, etc, but the house is good otherwise. There were many around his that got completely demolished.

Wow, good to hear he was spared. God is watching over him. Thanks for the update. Prayers to those that didn't get off so lucky.

I will add a little bit of good news. The death toll was brought down to 24. Many casualties were counted twice due to the confusion. It's still 24 too many though.
